Invitation Letter to the Tenth Meeting of Working Table III, to be held on 17 November 2004 in Skopje

Dear Colleagues, On behalf of Ambassador Janez Premoze and Dr. Trpe Stojanovski, respectively Chair and Co-chair of Working Table III, I would like to invite you to the Tenth Meeting of Working Table III, to be held on 17 November 2004 from 15:00 – 19:00 and which will take place in Skopje.

Attached you will find the draft agenda for the meeting.

As with the Eighth and the Ninth Meetings in December 2003 and June 2004, it is the Chair’s intention to stimulate a debate focused on key issues/questions related to the Working Tables activities. Those issues/questions have been identified in the document ‘Topics for the Working Table Meetings in Skopje’, which was sent to Ministers on 6 October, together with the invitation for the Round Table/ Working Table meetings.

The format for the Tenth Working Table III Meeting will be three separate panel discussions, as indicated in the draft agenda, each of approximately 60 minutes duration. Most of that time will be available for the debate. Members of the panel will be the respective Task Force leaders and some selected representatives of partner organisations, who will be invited to address the key questions. In the subsequent debate the Chairman will seek to stimulate contributions on these same topics. Delegations are invited to prepare themselves for such a topical debate.
