In cooperation with the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Council of Europe, and in close consultation with the SP Housing and Urban Management Initiative, the ISC work in this sector includes:

• Raising awareness among decision makers, especially through the follow-up to the High-Level Conference on housing policy reform.

• Advocating the importance, both from a social and from an economic/entrepreneurial point of view, of advancement of reform in this area.

• Maintaining the established platforms for regional co-operation, especially the CoE Housing Expert Network.
