8:30 - 9:00

Registration of Participants
9:00 - 10:15 Opening Session
The Special Coordinator (SC) will formally open the meeting and hand the floor to H.E. George Papandreou, who will address the Table on the priorities of the Greek EU Presidency. H.E. Goran Svilanovic will then share some of the FRY's experiences during their SEECP presidency.
Subsequently, the EU Presidency, the European Parliament and the European Commission will address the Table. Finally, a representative from the private sector will present the strategy of the new Business Advisory Council (BAC) for South Eastern Europe.
The SC does not anticipate general statements.
10:15 - 10:45 Coffee break/press conference
10:45 - 11:00 The Stability Pact: 2002 Achievements and the Strategy for the Future
The SC will briefly review the Pact's accomplishments in 2002. He will then present the core objectives and achievables for 2003 and beyond, focusing on the overall strategy and developments in the region.
11:00 - 13:30 Core Objectives - Some Highlights
The SC will then pass the floor on the chairmen of Working Table I and Working Table II who will focus on the Pact's strategy in the areas of local democracy and cross border cooperation and the regional electricity market respectively.
After these two presentations, the SC will open the floor for comments and discussion.
13:30 - 15:00 Lunch
15:00 - 16:45 The Stability Pact and Regional Security Mechanisms
Following the lunch break, the Chairman of Working Table III will speak about regional security perspectives after NATO enlargement. The Chair of the Sub table on Justice and Home Affairs will introduce the Stability Pact Initiative to Manage and Stabilise Population Movements (MARRI) together with the Initiative's Chairman.
A discussion will follow.
16:45 - 17:00 Coffee break
17:00 - 17:30 Conclusion
Before concluding, SC Busek will address the Regional Table on the general perspectives of the region and the imperative of building peaceful, democratic and prosperous communities.

The Regional Table will then adopt the Chairman's Conclusions.
