The Stability Pact will hold its Working and Regional Table Meetings at the same location, on two consecutive days. Day 1 (7 June) will host the Working Table Meetings of Working Table II (Economic Reconstruction, Development and Co-operation) from 08.30 to 12.30, Working Table III (Security Issues) from 09.30 to 13.15, Working Table I (Human Rights and Democratisation) from 13.30 to 17.00, according to the following formula.
On Day 1, the Working Tables will review and discuss all activities relating to each Table with a particular focus on the six core objectives for the year 2004.
Journalists may cover the opening sessions of each Table meeting and are kindly invited to a press briefing on each Working Table (7 June) and to the main Press Conference of the Regional Table (8 June), according to the following schedule:

Day 2 is reserved for the Regional Table, the “general assembly” of all Stability Pact countries and organizations, hosted by the Slovenian Prime Minister Anton Rop and chaired by Special Co-ordinator Erhard Busek. The Portoroz Regional Table has as its special feature a commemorative event on “5 Years of Stability Pact”, which is a highlight and has attracted high-level attendance (see first page).
