For the first time, the Stability Pact will hold its Working and Regional Table Meetings at the same location, on two consecutive days. Day 1 (26 May) will host the Working Table Meetings of Working Table I (Human Rights and Democratisation) from 09.15h to 14.15h, Working Table II (Economic Reconstruction, Development and Co-operation) from 11.00h to 17.30h, Working Table III (Security Issues) from 15.00h to 20.00h, according to the following formula.

The beginning of day 1 will be marked by a short meeting of the Regional Table from 09.00 to 09.15 to approve personnel appointment.
The Working Tables will review and discuss all activities relating to each Table with a particular focus on the six core objectives for the year 2003.
Day 2 is reserved for the Regional Table, the “general assembly” of all Stability Pact countries and organizations, hosted by the Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula and chaired by Special Co-ordinator Erhard Busek.
Journalists may cover the opening sessions of each Table meeting and are kinkdly invited to a press briefing on each Working Table (26 May) and to the main Press Conference of the Regional Table (27 May), according to the following schedule:
