Press Advisory: Special Co-ordinator Erhard Busek gives Stability Pact Policy outline for 2002 in Belgrade – Invitation to media

EU Foreign Ministers requested the new Stability Pact Co-ordinator to present them his priorities, including achievables, and his new working methods by 11 March 2002, after consultations with all Stability Pact partners. As a key element of regional ownership of the Pact, it is essential for Erhard Busek to present his policy outline not only in Brussels, but equally in SEE. As the SEECP is an important mechanism for Stability Pact policy issues and as FR Yugoslavia will take over the SEECP chair, Erhard Busek has decided to present his policy outline in Belgrade in the framework of G17 PLUS on 7 March 2002.

Immediately after the presentation there will be a briefing by Erhard Busek for the media, to which you are kindly invited.

Date/time: 7 March 2002, 12.30h – 13.45h

Location: G17 Institute, Knez Mihailova 10, Belgrade
