At 13.45h, a Memorandum on Trade Liberalisation will be signed by the Trade Ministers of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYR of Macedonia, Romania and Yugoslavia in the presence of Stability Pact Coordinator Bodo Hombach and EU Commissioner Pascal Lamy.

The Signing Ceremony will be followed by a press conference, where the Trade Memorandum and an accord on Refugee Return (affecting 1.2 Mio people in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Yugoslavia) will be presented to the media. Minister for Human Rights and Refugees Kresimir Zubak of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus of Yugoslavia will be present at press conference together with a Croatian representative as well as Bodo Hombach, Fabrizio Saccomanni (Chairman Working Table on Economic Reconstruction) and Hans Koschnick, Chairman of Steering Committee Regional Return Initiative.

After the press conference media are kindly invited to a reception at the press cafeteria, where participants of the signing ceremony and of the press conference are available to media.
