Special Co-ordinator of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe Erhard Busek will visit Sofia for bilateral meetings with the government and parliament representatives to discuss the transition of the Stability Pact into the new Regional Co-operation Council. RCC should be fully operational in the first half of 2008.

Mr Busek will have meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivaylo Kalfin, Minister of European Affairs Maglena Kuneva and Minister of Economy and Energy Rumen Ovcarov.
